This customer’s requirements for expansive outdoor living areas was fulfilled with a custom Land-Concepts design approach which transformed a virtually useless slope into a functional and aesthetically pleasing extension of the home. Inviting steps between levels and planting beds integrated within the hardscaping features provide for the softening effect of plant materials.

Feature Project 2

Lancaster, Pennsylvania

A recently completed entertainment and social room in the lower level of this customer’s residence gave rise to the need for an outdoor extension.

The Land-Concepts design approach incorporated a two level patio and an entrance walkway from the driveway in to one entity. Seating walls and contrasting paver patterns create an intriguing, unique patio. Peripheral planting beds with permanent mulch and landscape lighting add the finishing touch.

Feature Project 3

       Wyomissing, Berks county, Pennsylvania

 Land-Concepts’ designers were brought in by this beautiful home’s owners to renovate by replacing deteriorating walkways and driveway. The new front entrance walkway from the driveway and the side yard walkway were constructed as a continuous, monolithic unit of attractive concrete pavers. The portico was paved with matching pattern and paver type to add the finishing touch to this project. The curb appeal and value of this property in the exclusive Wyomissing suburb of Reading increased exponentially.
