At your request, a Land-Concepts representative will conduct an on site evaluation at the location of the proposed project, with the property owner, free of charge.
Plans (if any) will be reviewed. General design approach ideas and problem solution recommendations will be provided verbally.
A plan is usually required to determine the exact configuration and type of entities for the project. Plans are essential for calculating labor / material quantities for accurate cost estimating for the project.
Further, a plan, which is a scale representation on paper of the proposed project, serves as the instrument for contractual details and on-the-job installation. A plan is also required by municipalities to apply for building permits where applicable.
The fees for landscape design plans, photo imaging, and 3 D imaging vary, as each project is unique in size and/or complexity. A quotation will be provided at the time of the on site evaluation
Fees are credited back to the customer from the cost of the contract work, performed by Land-Concepts, associated with the subject landscape design plan.
